Fort Belvoir, VA - In Processing

In-processing at Fort Belvoir Human Resource Directorate (HRD), located in Building 213, provides both in and out processing. A check list must be obtained in order to begin either process.
Briefings are held on the first Monday of each month at Sosa Community Center, Bldg 200, at 9:00 a.m. If the first Monday is a holiday, the briefing will be held on the following Monday. All military personnel, civilians, and their family members are encouraged to attend for active duty military, and soldiers should bring their birth certificate, marriage license, medical records, financial records and any other personnel information that is applicable to begin in-processing. Military personnel are required to report to the Welcome Center on arrival and be prepared to in-process for several days. At the end of the process, new arrivals will be issued a billeting assignment as well as bedding and a meal pass. The Army Community Services can be reached at 703-805-4590 for further information.
